Rude Behaviour of your Branch Employee

Dear Sir,

I have received a call from one of your Ahmedabad Offices (by one Mr. Michal whose mobile No. 9724006050) and he has informed me that I have a courier from Bangalore and I should go and collect it from his office as he has short of manpower to send the cover to my residence address after 5 p.m. (which is merely 1 k.m. from his Branch).

While sending the courier from Bangalore, it was very clearly mentioned by the sender on the evelope that "Please Deliver Only after 5 pm" as I work far away from my home and return only after 8.30 pm. Meantime, my children reach form school by 5 pm and they can receive the envelope.

Mr. Michal had advised me to come personally and collect the courier by today eveing else he has threatened me that he will return the consignment back to Bangalore!!!

I am really shocked to experience such ill-treatement from such a reputed and professional corporate like yours. I expect somebody from HO intervene in the matter and give me the best service of your company as I always had enjoyed in my past.
