Personal letter
Consignment not reached

I have a sent a letter for my job application on 21.1.2008 from Nehru Place, Delhi for a school at Greater Noida. The last date for application was 25.1.2008. The office where I have booked the consignment assured me it was delivered. While I checked the website it was "out for delivery" and afterwards "delivered". But when I checked with the school I found the letter was not delivered and they have not received the same till 27.1.2008. The website of the courier is bluffing us! Did I expect much, for a letter to reach within 4 days from Delhi to Noida, or I expect much from Blazeflash couriers! When I have contacted with the Corporate office at Jhandewalan, they said sometimes it may happen, its normal!! They did not regret at all for not delivering the letter on time.
