Double payment of two instalments

This gives me enormous pain being harressed by the personal loan deptt of the city group. Despite my fore closure of my personal loan account No. LTS TOA 2939178 on dated 31-10, the bank withdrew Rs.3947/- from my account No.10185863314 SBI CHANDERLOK BUILDING, Delhi-01 on dated 11.11.2008.I was promised of the settlement of account within a week time. One more addittonal instalment was recovered from me in the month of september. The two instalments may kindly be refunded to me and stop my harrassment by sending me sms etc.
