Not closing loan account even after full & final payment

Dear Sir,

Loan acount No. 10896301

asper your letter no.20080726j000034892 dated 26 july you have mentioned the payment schedule in the following manner

Rs.5000.00 on 31 july.

Rs.5000.00 on 31 august.

Rs.4300.00 on 30 september

I have made the payments as per your schedule but i am soory to say that my loan acount is still open .so please do close it because your ecs is also countinuing due to which i have to pay Rs. 200.00 as penlty from my account wchich is rnuing my godwill in bank. All this is your fault for which i am suuffering if it is not closed immediately than i am going to sue you in consumer court.
