I have NOC but not Update my Information in CIBIL

A am rahul sable. i am a Personal loan borrower of icici bank ltd.and due to some finencial crises some cheques are bounced. so icici bank will update my details in CIBIL. now my all outstandig amount are cleared. and i have NOC LETTER from icici bank. but icici bank dont delet my Name & Details from CIBIL. please tell me. how to delet my information to CIBIL.
