Payment of EMI's

Sir,

I had availed a personal loan and i have repaid upto 60% of the loan now only 40 % in remaining. Now earlier it happened that i had missed on 4 EMI's and then i had paid all the 4 EMI's along with the late charges to the DSA agent. Now this time i have 1 EMI outstanding and i have communicated that i would not be able to pay the EMI for this month and next month i will pay both the EMI along with the late charges, i have no problem in that. This time the DSA agent is different and he is not ready to accept what am saying and has told that the bank will take action. I have two questions in this regards:

1. Can the DSA agent ask the bank to take action on me even when i had communicated it to the concerned DSA agent?

2. what if i submit a letter to the bank requesting that i will pay the the next 3 EMI together at the end of the third month due to financial constraints?
