I asked for for closure and paid the amount but things are happening different ur staff as well as ur excecutive playing games with me

Dear, sir/madam/ i have taken personal loan from you 1&half year back .as sitiuation becoming worse day by day and also i lost my job as well as iam not in to the bussiness i was doing, so last month when ur excecutive has turned up to me i told him that i will go for forclosure of the loan so i requested him to give the exact amount for the closing of the so he said pay rs.20, 000/ so that the loan can be closed. so i paid him rs.20, 000/ and given the cheque on the name of dbs finance ltd. for that he has given the reciept of the same amount and clearly written on the receipt FULL&FINAL SETTLEMENT wrtten on that and said he will be giving the letter of settle ment after 2 days .even after 15days he didint turn up and some other person spoke over phone and said i need to pay more amount for the settlement and siad he is the manager for the hyerabad branch.so if this is the matter the person before tking the money from me might told all about this so that i would take some more time and went for the settle ment, but these people palying cheap tricks which i really dont think that your staff should do this.please reply me for this i will be happy very if you really take action on these unprofessional people who really dont know about their job and duty how to perform their duties towards the company they work.and also i cannot pay any thing more what i paid, so kindly please do the justice for me. thank you very much.
