Detuction of amount

Dear Sir,

I had an account with your bank (Account No 893295), also I had taken a Personal Loan from your back (Personal Loan Account number 9251976).

I have gone though lots of issues with your bank have called up several time and mailed you several times to your bank with no help as always but trouble.

I have closed the personal loan,

 I have to pay late payment charges though I had given you postdated cheques to your bank representative where I don’t know what goof up they have made of I had to pay a penalty of Rs 1800

 In spite of me closing the loan they have presented the cheque to the bank which had no funds and my bank has detected the bounce charges of Rs 400 (Cheque No 056810 that was presented)

 I had closed my personal loan on 28th March and till date I have not received the NOC, if your can check you records you will find the no of times I had called your bank (compliant ID – 1705)

I would like to know the reason for the quires that you see, so called the MNC bank I don’t understand how you are functioning.

If this is not sorted out immediately I will have to take a legal action against your bank.
