I applied for a personal loan in the month of october

it was rejected saying that the past record of my father's loan is faulty

no proper explanation was given my father says he has paid every amount then why the company is not updating the data

because of this i am facing a lot of problem in spite of an excellent track record on my behalf

please look into the matter and rectify as soon as possible
