Complaint about Bank Staff

Dear Sir /M:

I have Personal Loan from Barclay Bank, due to Crises i have lost my Job.when i have just miss one of my Installment, i met Mr. Hakim In Collection Department and ask him to help me in this situation, i gave him my Termination Copy also and some more Documents, actually this loan took my employer in my name and i have the evidence Documents and Guranty Cheque from him which i show to Mr. Hakim.

He promise me to give solution and help in this matter but he did not give any help or response even i called him many time, during this i received some calls from Bank and i told him that i have forword my case to Hakim.during this period i have miss my second Installment, i received call again from Collection Dept and i met an other person Mr. Waqas Butt, he was cooprative man and he gave me time 7 days to manage 2 installment and then they can forword my case For insurance as i have terminated from my Job, i paid Amount just after 4 days of promise. Mr Hakin Called me during this time and i told him that i m going to Pay but he told me no need bcoz we are going to Police case against u. I inform hakim that i paid so why u are putting me in trouble.

I Paid 25 Jul and i think he put case in 27 Jul. It is really not fair..

Hakim is trying to Scoring front of Bank Management, i m putting his complaint in front of management and i need possible help from u, Beleive me i want to pay but atleast give me time to find out job.

People like hakim are strange for the Bank Reputation, i will not excuse him if i will be in trouble..

Plz help me...
