Personal loan
No word on progress of Loans from HDFC Bank

Dear Sir,

My name is Edgar Binan and I have a salary account with HDFC Bank.

Recently I applied for a Personal Loan from HDFC Bank, Shillong, Meghalaya and all the nesecary documentation have been done by the 22nd of August and till this day the 5th of September I haven't recieve any word or progress of the loan or whther it is approved or not. The bank is keeping silent and its taking a long time for a simple loan.

Please Sir, kindly inform me with the progress of the loan and why is it taking very long.

The HDFC Bank's Policy is to approve loan within 72hrs or is that just a attempt to lure customers in?
