Emoval of my name as defaulte

I understand that in the year my name has appeared in defaulters list for TWO cases.

Loan amount of Rs. 98, 000/= from Citibank

Loan amount of Rs.1, 00, 000/= from Associated Finance (now Citifinance)

I wish to inform you that there was a dispute in above accounts, which were discussed and settled with the loan provider’s a long back.

My name still appears appear as defaulter in both cases, whereas the loan provider has issued me latter that both account are closed and no amount is outstanding.

Also Citibank has given me fresh loan amounting to Rs.10, 00, 000/= (Ten lacs only) in September’2008.

As such my name should appear in CIBIL negative list.

Kindly do the needful.
