EMI due mails sending

I have taken loan of Rs. 2, 00, 000 from ICICI bank and my loan account number is LPMUM00002253771. As per my accounting I have paid full money to ICICI bank but dont know why I am getting this mail.

For your record I want to tell you some point which I have mentioned ICICI bank number of time. Sometime in September my one of the payment got bounced and I have immediately deposited cheque to ICICI office. For which I have original receipt. From my side I try to proactively visit ICICI bank office in kolkata and given all the details 2 times. They have logged all the details and assured me that all the adjustment will be done.

I have original money receipt and my bank account statement ready with me, which I have paid to ICICI bank so far. I want this issue to be resolved but from bank side no co-operation getting to resolve the issue.
