Regarding Personal loan

Dear Sir

I was apply a personal loan (preapproved) through ner banking and Miss Nisha is cordinate with me by mobile phone (her No. is 9871370706 & 011 -64502592), and I have the all necessary documents and 08 nos cheque, after the submission of cheques she is not in my contact and its mobie number is wrong. After that I have been stopped the all cheque through net banking and My Loan referance No is 59360043 .

Please clear the matter where is my pre approved loan amount. It will be credit or not or its a joke by ICICI through ner banking
