Not letting me to know my statement of my personal loan

My mom had taked personal loan of 1, 96, 000 rs.but we are paying the amount correctly.but some times the late payment are made.but they charge late fee and bounce charge for all the month then how can a customer can relieve from this loans.the bank doesnt wants the customer to relieve from this pressure.but we are dying in this plz someone help me.the HDFC Personal loan and Credit cards are cheating very much. HDFC customers are fool for them.plz some one help me.to close my moms personal loan how can i know my statement of my status.
