NOC & RETURNING OF CHEQUE

Dear Sir/Madam

EMI of my personal loan has been completed in the month of December. I have contected telephonically to citi financial office of Preet Vihar, New Delhi. They reply me that our security cheques and NOC will send after 40 days at my home address, but till now i have not received.
