Egrading cancelling of loan

I called an executive for my personal loan, he came and collected all the documents from me, after 2 hour he called me that i need some more documents after than i will lon on ur file.next day i cancelled my loan because the need was fulfilled by some other source, so next day i called that executive that i need my documents back so that it cannot be misused, suddenly he said that i have logged on ur file and u cant get ur papers back. It is really disgusting as i was the customer of citifinancial but from now onwards i will not trust citifinancial. this case is of jodhpur. please look into the matter and improve this and please give my documents photocopy back.
