Personal Loan EMI repayment schedule

I am a salaried perosn in pvt ltd co. I have taken a loan from a reputed pvt financial institution of Rs.33000/- one year back. During loan processing they didnot disclose me date of payment of montly installment which they fixed 1st day of every month thru ECS. When I come to know in statment i requested them verbally to allow me to repay my installments between 01 to 05th day of every month but they refuse so my some installments could not be make in time but between 05th day of every month.
Now I want to forclose my balance loan amt but they are asking me to pay Rs.3000/- for cheque bouncing chgs which are on very high side.
