Personal loan
No response about status of loan application

I had applied for personal loan for an amount of Rs 150000.00 vd application no2058682on 25th sept 08.after submission of all required documents.i have contacted bank thru support desk but every time i am being told that my issue has been reffered to sales department.but till now nothing has been done in this regard. I would like to know the ground if my application has been rejected. I would like to place following facts before you,

That i am having account with you having account number 00901140086093 (HDFC, SCO 15, Sec Sec 14 Gurgoan, haryana.

Further i am having Credit card of your Bak with C Card No 4346 7810 0373 4571

In view of above i would like to have response from your side on said issue.
