Variation in forecloser charge 22.10.08

Sir,

I Have approached your Tarnaka, Hyd office on 22.10.08 to foreclose my personal loan bearing proposal number 207141and obtained forecloser chart in which it was calculated @ 9 % of principal out standing amount of Rs.35686.66 amount payable @ 9 % is RS39, 047.00.But as per your Terms & Conditions it should be calucalated @ 6%. I have informed the matter to your branch

PL Head. In turn I have been informed that a mail was sent to H.O

and after receiving the reply they will inform the matter to pay the amount. But so far even after a lapse of 8 days nothing was

informed to me. More over they are not giving any reply on phone

when I called your Hyderabad Office. Further your branch not

accepting foreclosers after month ending to EMI date. Actually

I approached your Office on 13-10 also but they refused and

asked me to come after EMI date. Hence I request to settle the

matter immidiately. Other wise I shall proceed further to stop the further EMIs. Early action is solicited.
