Representative keeps on calling

Even after repeated promising of the final day of payment on Loan amount different representatives keeps on calling for monthly installment to be payed, and when sayed "i have already spoken to one of your representative on this and told him the day when i can make the payment, the representative response very rudely and un professionally, i am planning to take this issue to the highest possible even to the consumer court if required.

hope they change their approach otherwise it will take them down to dust
