My PL Decline due to credit card

Dear Sir,

I am getting call from ICICI Bank from chennai for pre approved loan which is clear after submittion of document within five working days. I am interested for the same and i have also requirement for the same so i applied for the same on 19 August. I submitted required document to the bank. After one week i am not here from bank person i asked, what happen for my PL? He investigate for it and as on today i got information that it is decline due to my some non ICICI bank credit card.

I am suggested to complain cibil and got detail which card having this problem as per my information and my knowledge non of my card in which i am defaulter still today.

In that CIBIL report with control no 37 22 32 469 showing credit card problem.

Can i know which bank credit card showing this problem and if possible with credit card no show i can know what happen with me.

Can i got detail of that card and i have to clear what ever problem there and approved my loan.

One more question how ICICI is offer pre approved loan and then decline it. I think they are wasting customer and there time as before offering they have to check in detail of person whom they are offering.

I think if somebody is putting wrong information about some one then how CIBIL is usefull for this country. From CIBIL some body is confirm about detail given by bank that it is true or not before puttinng in there CIBIL REPORT. So whatever report is 100% right and right person have not to suffer for there need.
