Personal loan from CITI FINANCIAL
NOC not recived

I got a personal loan from citi financial bank but i m fed up now from the service because my loan is closed now but till the time i have not recived NOC letter from bank.when i called up on cusotmer care number they said you have to bathinda office because loan was sanctioned from bathinda.but i go to bathinda office the offfice has been shifted or closed which i could not find.pls give my NOC letter.
