Personal Loan from HSBC
CIBIL record not updated

I had availed a personal loan having loan a/c no 105-224679-872 from HSBC Bank Pune. My loan has been repaid in month of July as per bank No Dues letter dated 28 July and the bank has also refunded me the excess amount of Rs 4812.14 towards the closure of loan. I am suprised that the CIBIL records have not been updated till today and there is an outstanding of Rs 10170 against my PL of HSBC Bank. I don't avail any PL apart from the PL of HSBC. So I requested bank to please update the same in CIBIL mentioning that the loan has been repaid and there is no outstanding against me by mail on 3-2 and again on 15-2 and last on 22-2. I got reply from Bank mentioning that I should call up the local pune office no 26001117. But when I called that number I was told that we cannot help you. After giving repeated reminders the bank is not ready to look into my matter. Why bank is doing this I dont know. So I request you to please look into the matter and help me out.
