Personal Loan on C.Card
Forge Signature on Blank Cheque Custody

I, Mustafa H. Barot am a Credit card holder barring no: 4629-8641-0809-1002 & I was been offered a personal loan on basis of my credit card. I had requested for the loan vide account no: 9401-2700-3652-1008 and I am paying my EMI on regular basis & I have never Default the EMI.

But your employee Miss Shruti Rane had called on 04/12 and collected a Blank cheque as a security against the said loan. I had issued a blank cheque with out signature and amount to Mr. Yogesh Kamble who was been deputed by Ms. Shruti. On the reverse of the cheque I had clearly mentioned Cheque without Signature. But sorry to say that the cheque was been deposited by the ICICI Bank on 05-12 for Rs.50770.00 with out intimating me and also a forged signature done by your employee. The matter was immediately intimated by mail to your customer-care department. But no action till date, in fact I have received again an SMS on my mobile on 06-02 to repay the loan immediately of Rs.49, 365.00. Although I have paid the EMI till January.

I am very much disappointed by the treatment and harassment given by your bank. The bank had come to my door step to give the loan I have not come to the bank. If bank is worried or having in-security feeling then the loan should not be granted only. Why to harass the person after giving the loan and who is a regular payer of your said EMI. I request you to take a necessary action for the said complaint and ensure that the employee gives apology for the same and in future no Indian citizen is harassed unnecessarily.

I have enclosed all my correspondence copies for your immediate reference. Please note that I am very much depressed and if the action is not been taken then I will be forced to approach the Consumer Court and I will file an FRI for the forged signature.
