Threating & Absuvie Calls from HDFC Bank

My Name is Chandra lal & I took a personal load from HDFC Bank some how my E.M.I got bounced for the month of July-08 later on that EMI was collected from my house, & that amount is still not reflecting in my account & i was forced to pay that amount again,

I am getting threaten and abusive calls from J block HDFC by the number 9958466330, i dropped a cheque tdy at hdfc atm, when i told that person who is calling me from above number he said that amount will not be reflected in my account & bank will destroy the particular cheque As per him i cant repay my loan through cheque or drop box if any how it not deposited on time, the same complaint i am forwarding to RBI also, do take necessary action and informed me as will else i dont have any other option except Court
