Dear sir,

With due regards I would like to inform you that I had applied for passport of my parents on 06th august and the details of it is as follows:

File no. W 503085 - 08 (Prayag Chandra Maiti) AND file no. W 520360 - 08 (Sandhya Maiti),

The police verification in my local police station which is DHANIAKHALI, had been completed satisfactorily on 24/11 & report from local police station were forwarded to the District DIB Headquarters at CHINSURAH for onward submission to the kolkata passport office for delivery vide MEMO NO. 3188 / DT 03.12.08 For P.C. Maiti and MEMO NO. 3189 / DT 03.12.08 For Sandhya Maiti.

My parents (Age 68 & 58 yrs) are general citizen of India without any involvement with any political organizations. But sorry to say that an unlimited time has passed but tha status shows that the police verification has not been received by the passport office of kolkata.

I would be greatly obliged if you please look into the matter at your earliest.
