Wrong use of Personal Mail Name to open account

Dear Mahindra Kotak Staff,

Pls be noted that somebody is wrongly using my Email ID vivekdonde@gmail.com and also my Full Name [ VIveK Vasant Donde]for opening an Account in your bank.

Account No - CRN 16218134:

Investment Account : 249106

Kotak Mahindra Bank Account No. 06550030060606 .

I hereby state that I have absolutely NO connection with this person or with the above information.

For your info. this person had also opened an Account with Yatra.com using my mail ID .

In both the cases I had started receiveing Automated mails in my Gmail ID and I was surprised to see these, since I had not opened any of these.

Pls note that this GUY happens to be a FRAUD since he is using my personnel information which I had mentioned while opening my gmail account approx 2 yrs back. He is also not responding to the Mobile No 9226578522 which he has provided to u while opening his account.

I request u to check his credintials to the smallest details since he might be into unlawfull/illegel activities and I shall be unnecessarily dragged into this.
