Payed full payment but not charged

Sir,

I am holding a set top box with VC no 01505668638 for the last one year. The subsription ended on 4th of may. I pay 2500 Rs.for renew the new "gold pack" through PIONEER HOME DISH ANTINA & ELECTRONICS, PARIPALLY, KOLLAM. on 5th of may. But my account shows only 500 Rs.

I ask them for "Gold pack" but they give me the Gold south pack. The channels which was getting me were also changed.

please direct them to give back the channels as before.
