Non receipt of payment

My pension scheme PolicyNo.292603898.Payment is due since April09. I fail to receive either post dated cheque for 12 month or ECS .

Similar is the case with Jeevan Surakcha, Policy no presently cant mention, being out of station.

A year back I received a letter from Kanpur office related to ECS, I fulfill the formalty but of no use.
