Cheating with consume

Sir,

Iam a resident of bellary and i had noticed many time that the service provided by the indian oil petrol pump station is not good and no one taking care, now the office is also opened here but still i feel that they are sleeping or taking bribe from the pump owners.

I noticed this from many pump here in bellary.

Mixed petrol - 1 st gate pump

Less in quantity - Sudhacross pump

no air- not even a single pump provide this service.

Please look into the matter seriously.
