Air presser not being checked/provided

I am a regular customer of HP petrol pump named "HP CENTRE 62 WESTEND" C-58, SECTOR-62, NOIDA (U.P.) telephone no. 0120-2400349, 2400320. My complaint is that though the equipment to check and correct the presser in the tyers of the vehicles has been provided at the petrol pump but no person is there to do the work. Even in case, he is available there, he is charging money for the service as also the 2 wheelers are not goven the service but guided to the adjacant tyre repairer shop who is not inclind to do the job. As per my knowledge the service to check and correct the air presser in the tyres of vehicles 4-2 wheelers is free of any cost and is to be provoded by all petrol pumps.
