Apprehension for quantity refuelling

I am one of your permanent Customer for refueling of my Car and Motor Cycle at your AJC Bose Road petrol Pump near Kala Mandir Kolkata since 1983. Your company very rightly fitted the supply petrol nozzles hoses with locks at the handle and which goes off when the required petrol have been supplied. But I find that a few of your staff there manually releases the lever as soon as the desired Rupees is displayed in your meter. I am understand that such practises are malafide and the customer is denied of actual quantity of petrol purchased. When I insist they hold back and the lever is released after a small gap of time. Some levers in the nozzle also may not function due to this manual handling and the mechanical system introduced is damaged by this manual release of lever. It is apprehended that the quantity of petrol remaining in the pipe is not supplied to the customers and this manual system is followed for personal monitory gain of the employees.

I need this clarification as to whether this system of manual release of the lever is a recognised system.
