Non receipt of cheques indicating indian bank account no

Sir: I sent request enclosing two cheques for Rs.22283/- and 10442/ for putting indian bank account no. 413151350 instead of citi bank which i have closed. I sent a fax also. i am not able to you on phone at all. i am in chennai, and i have to pay fees for my education. Request urgent actiono and please mail me the position.
