We came from Andhra Pradesh and settled here in chandigarh 6 years back, we have 2 little kids. We lost every thing, our savings, loan money, money from credit cards. Now we are defaulters in banks lists We have taken a dog sterilization project from M.C Chandigarh through paper notification [on November] to conduct dog sterilization surgeries, 10 dogs per day @800 Rs. per surgery. We have their letter correspondence as proof. According to their requirement construction developed [april, 2 008] with the loan money on leased land. The project is delayed due to the pressure from the PFA society volunteers for some false reasons. After repeated requests they have run the program for very shorter period of 20 days for name sake from 3 nov 08 to 22 nov 08, and without any intimation they terminated the project. Till now there is no progress in the situation. Unofficially they told that they have got pressure from local ngo called PFA with the support from Menakagandhi.so they cannot go againest their orders. What we have to do now..pl advice us.
