PF
PF FROM NOT PROCESSED

Hi,

This is Srinivas Ranaveni here. I was working with HDFC Standard life for 7 months and i have left the company on 18/9.

I have applied for my PF on 16/12.

But the company has still not processed my PF Form saying that there are some due of Rs.7000/- from my side to them. They are claiming this amount in from me saying that the excess amount was been paid to me in the month of Sep'08 salary. whereas they have paid me only for the days what i have worked with them.

HR people are now insisting me to pay Rs.7000/- or else they are not ready to process my PF application.

What should i do now??
