PF not yer credited to my S/B account

Hi,

My name is Shanti Swarup Sarangi. I have requested for the closure of my old PF account which i was having in my previous company with account number: KN/BN/18966/3640. As per my revious company they had submitted the form 19 & 10C on 1st August. And i have not received the money yet in my account. Please do the needful and let me know how can i proceed further.
