PF Amount not Recived

Hi,

The PF office has returned my PF My PF account no. is KN/35123/353 withdrawal application stating that they have issued two cheques to my bank directly and i have not received any amount so i asked PF office and they said to fill up the application again and submitted actually this is happening almost 1 Year so no response from them so please do the needful.
