PF DEPARTMENT
PF Claims not cleared till date

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had submitted my PF Claim (Membership No. MH/93863/012) in September through my previous employer Orient H R Consultant P LTD. Its been almost 1year 7 months & I have not received my claim yet. I have been following up with PF department from the month of June 08 I have onces received a confirmation that my cheques has been sent to my bank (ICICI Bank Pune-Satara Road) for clearance and cheque no. and amount was given. But when I did follow up with my bank (ICICI Bank) for the same no such cheque was received by them. In the month of October I received a letter from PF department saying that my account no. and bank address mentioned was wrong. So, I have sent the proof of same to Cash Department of PF (Malad Kandivilli Branch). And I have received the POD from post office stamped and signed from PF department that is an acknowledgement that they have received the required proof of by bank account and address. I have also tried calling up Malad (Kandivilli) office but nobody answers the phone. I ‘m daily checking http://www.epfindia.com/ site for update but has per that they have not received my claim. I'm in need of that money but PF offices are not paying any attention.

I am not a bagger that money is mine right I have paid it from my every month salary. If they can’t pay us back then stop cutting it from our payment. That money I have earned by my hard work I need it ASAP.

So, please help to get the money.
