PF DEPARTMENT
Delay in PF withdrawl

This is regarding the delay of PF withdrawl.

Myself Subhankar Sarkar [PF number- AP/23034/66467] was working with Satyam Computer Services Ltd [employee id-69315 and resigned on 6th february]. I have applied for PF withdrawl and sent all the form details to office more than 3 months ago. However, I have not received the amount so far.

In this scenario, I would request to please look into this on urgent basis and issue the amount as I need it very badly.
