NON SRTTLEMENT OF PF

I have retired after 21 years of service from Mumbai I have submitted my PF claim in April till date PF department not bothered to settle my dues. No intimation through my company also. I have submitted my Paers on EPF in Last september till date no action from PF.I want to sue PF department under consumer act for their Indifferent attitude towards public money. I need my money to lead my Life why Government is indifferent? I feel i am being cheated by Government. This may be for several Indians who had subscribed for PF .Even after paying administration charges for PF governarance why department is raiding innocent Public, Settle PF within time or scrap PF act
