P.F not received
PF full settelement amount not received

I worked in Tech Mahindra Noida for 21 Months and they deducted PF from my monthly salary as Rs.1620/- PM which comes to Rs.34020, which is employee contribution and after including employers contribution it will comes to Rs.68040.

But after calling so many times to Tech Mahindra Pune and PF office Pune, no body responded till now.

Its almost more than 5 months and as per PF Law, once a person leaves the organization, he/she should get the amount within 3 months.

Morever, till the time of my service Tech Mahindra people never told me the amount and now also when I checked the PF amount in the PF Site of Pune, it is showing as 18, 000 Employee contribution and same for employer contribution without Interest.

Please check into this matter and take necessary strict action against these peoples.
