Claim of the Provident fund money has not recieved

Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter to you after checking with PF Office at Akurdi, Pune, My P.F. Account No. is as below; MH 31610 182

I was working with M/s. Panse Autocomps Pvt. Ltd., from June 25/06 to 19/02 say for a period of 1 year, 8 months

I had duly submitted my PF forms, at your Akurdi, Pune Office on 2nd January. They told us that after submitting the form, you will get cheque at your Bank Account within 40 days. But till today, I have not received the same. Can you plz. Check / look into the matter and do the needful help to us or reply to me.
