Claim of the Provident fund money has not recieved

Hello Sir,

I am writing this letter to you in respect to my PF fund withdrawal request been submitted on Regional PF office Akurdi, Pune. My PF account number is MH/31643/5121.

I had worked for Capgemini India Pvt. Ltd from 3rd June to 3rd August.

My previous organization (Capgemini) has submitted my PF withdrawal form on my behalf on 7th Nov and resubmitted it on 11th June 09.But, till date, I have not received any cheque from you. I have tried calling your PF office (020-27655421) several time but most of the time either no one picks up the phone, or the phone stay out of order, and 2-3 time they have picked up my phone and inform me that there is a power cut in the office, so they would be unable to check my request.

Can you please look into the matter, and reply me soon, it will be very much helpful for me.
