My PF no is TN/40497/8927

I have applied for PF claim on 25 sep, My employer Subhiksha Trading Services has shut down the operations, so i have directley applied for the claim . on the website of Pf dept it is howing that claim is returned to the employer on 20 oct, as discussed with PF office they wait for reply for three months and if no reply is recived then they do the further proceedings.. but till now there is no updation on website and these people are not picking up the phone.. on their website they claim to reslove all the claims and show their efficiency at 100 %, which is totally false..
