PF Office delaying transfe

I have applied for PF transfer to PF office in May.

AP PF account no: AP/HY/*******/*61

Andhra Pradesh PF office has confirmed my application to transfer PF in May and send the letter to Delhi PF office. It has been really sad to know that EPF office did not transfer PF fund for more than 18 months

I have filed and application under RTI act and I have asked for 5 point information and I have been provided only 2. I am in receipt of a letter from Ms Sarojini Rane (CPIO & RPFC-II) in reply to my application under RTI Act. I have been told that other information is not available. It is sad to know that PF office is claiming that none is held responsible for this delay.

The law has already provided for the penalty for the delay. If the matter is not resolved here, I will not hesitate to go to court of law.

Moreover EPF website is not having complete information. The email id mentioned there are not correct, mails are bouncing from the id. No information about the vigilance department is provided on the website.
