Pf not recieved

I have submitted my form for PF withdrawal on 10 Sept At that time i was told that i will get my money in 30 days, But still 70 days are over and i have not recieved my money. More over PF are behaving very rudely on phone. My Pf account no is HR/27350/418. Kindly help me as i need money for my sister's marrige on next month.
