PF withdrawal

Dear Sir,

I'm writing to you regarding my query of withdrawal of amount accumulated n my PF account.

The fact is the I was working in a company "Convergelabs technologies pvt. ltd., " based at Gurgaon from 30-11 to 25-09 as an engineer. The company was closed by its owner and shareholders due to various reasons at the same time. All the employees left the company at that time and now there is no-one employed in the company. Now as PF was being deducted from my salary for whole period of employement I want to withdraw that accumulated amount.

I tried to withdraw money by getting signed the withdrawal form by the manager of the bank of my salary account at that time (ICICI bank). I sent the completed form and all the required documents in original to Gurgaon PF office in March. But till date I've not received any communication or the amount in my bank account. Now I'm not having the original papers with me but only xerox copies are there with me. I've called up the Gurgaong PF office also many times but I couldn't get any help.

Therefore I request you to guide me about this. Please let me know the process to withdraw PF amount in this mentioned situation.
