Not received PF money yet

Dear Sir/Madam

I have sumited my first PF withdrawal forms Feb.2007 through my employer "Fluor India Ltd., to Gurgaon PF office. When I checked after five months I was told that there was a mistake in forms, so they return back to my employer. My employer didn't receved any communication. Then after I submited again on 8th Oct.2007 "Receipt No.27115021 and 27115022 (form 19 and 10C) and again same thing after seven months when I didn't received any communication from PF office, I ask one of my family friend to chek, and she was told that There was a problem in my forms so fill a form again. I have submited forms again in July third times.

Could you please help me to find out why PF office not releasing my money?
