PF office Gurgaon-sec-44
Non realisation of PF no-HR/9405/660

I had applied for withdrawal of my PF in form no-27062421, form type -19 and form no-27262422, formtype -10C, form type -10c, on 12.07.2007 which was returned by PF office-Gurgaon vide letter no.account /4/hr/9405/660, date 25/02. saying that the amount has been transferred to RPFC Laxminagar Delhi vide cheque no -374873 date 28.12.2006 for Rs 4386/-.

On appraoching RPFC Laxminagar, they confirmed non -receipt of this cheque, I then visited PF office Gurgaon sec-44 on 10.09.2008and I was informed that the said cheque has not been debited to account of PF office at Gurgaon.

In view of (i) Non receipt of cheque by RPFC Laxminagar Delhi.(ii) Cheque becoming time barred, I request you to please issue a fresh cheque and send it to my Banker.

Further I request the concerned officer to look into the above matter
